Nordic Knots is looking for a Senior Store and Sales Manager to be responsible for operating the first US based store and leading the store team to secure a best-in-class customer experience for both end customers and our network of professional interior designers. You will work closely with Nordic Knots PRO network as well as our retail customers providing excellent service and building long-term relationships. Working in the store means driving business in all aspects from sales to brand building. The role reports to our co-founder.
Your main responsibilities will be to
Deliver excellent customer experience and build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers
Secure that we reach and exceed our sales and performance targets
Develop and implement store strategies and policies
Plan and lead all operations in the store, including store staff scheduling
Manage stock levels and replenishment
Lead the store’s Visual Merchandising
Manage in-store events

Lead and continue to build a strong customer centric driven culture
Your Profile & Qualifications
A strong team leader with minimum 2 years experience in store management within premium retail
A strong network within the premium design or fashion space and experience in leveraging it for brand and awareness building as well as sales
Experience working in an omnichannel environment
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a go-getter attitude
A true passion for interior design and creating beautiful spaces

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: 75-90 KUSD (exempt) + Incentive program
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
