Supply Chain Development Manager
We’re building the best supply chain in the business. If you're ready for real challenges and real impact - this is your role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager with a strong operational mindset to drive improvements across our supply chain through concrete projects and practical change.
About the role
In this role, you will work close to daily operations and take ownership of improving how things actually work — from supplier flows and logistics setups to warehouse processes and internal ways of working. You will lead improvement initiatives, follow them through to implementation, and ensure changes are anchored in everyday operations.
This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, understanding details, and turning operational challenges into better, more scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
Drive operational improvement projects across sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and internal flows
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring issues in daily operations and turn them into structured improvement initiatives
Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to implemented solution
Work closely with operations, logistics, customer service, and finance to improve reliability, lead times, and cost control
Develop, document, and implement clearer processes and ways of working within the supply chain
Follow up on improvements to ensure they deliver the intended operational impact
Support the organization hands-on during changes, transitions, or peak periods when needed
Act as a problem-solver in complex operational situations across the supply chain
What we’re looking for
Experience working with supply chain operations and process improvement
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
You are comfortable going deep into operational details and data to understand root causes
You are structured, pragmatic, and focused on execution
You take strong ownership and follow initiatives through to completion
Clear communicator and to collaborate easily with both operational and cross-functional teams
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
You have a work permit for Sweden
