We are searching for a visually strong and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and the ability to translate ideas into clear, elevated and brand-aligned communication. You should enjoy working in a collaborative environment, be comfortable supporting different parts of the organisation and have a natural ability to bring structure, clarity and consistency through design.

The Role

As Graphic Designer, you will play an important role in translating the Nordic Knots brand into cohesive and elevated visual communication across the organisation. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will sit within the design function while working closely with teams across the business.

This is a broad but grounded role, suited to someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between presentations, templates, printed materials and selected event or retail-related assets. You will act as an internal design resource, supporting both recurring and project-based needs across design, marketing, commercial and other relevant functions.

The role requires strong graphic design capability, a structured way of working and a service-minded approach. We are also looking for someone who is interested in new tools and open to exploring how AI can support parts of the creative and production process in a thoughtful and relevant way.

This role reports to the Creative Director.

Your Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic materials across presentations, templates, packaging and other brand touchpoints
• Develop clear and polished visual materials that support internal communication, concept presentation and external brand expression
• Support selected graphic design needs across design, marketing, commercial and other relevant teams
• Contribute to graphic applications connected to retail, events and printed materials when needed
• Help maintain consistency and quality across recurring materials and templates
• Explore relevant tools, including AI, where they can support workflow, efficiency or creative development
• Ensure strong brand alignment and attention to detail across all outputs

About You

• You are a strong graphic designer with a refined eye for layout, typography and brand expression
• You are comfortable working across a range of graphic applications, but do not need to be a specialist in every format
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple parallel tasks
• You are collaborative, proactive and service-minded in the way you work
• You enjoy turning ideas and needs into clear, well-resolved visual communication
• You are curious about new tools and interested in how AI can support creative work in a meaningful way
• You care deeply about quality, consistency and thoughtful design

Experience

• Several years of experience in graphic design within a premium, brand-led or design-driven context
• Experience creating presentations, templates, printed materials, packaging or similar brand applications
• Experience working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders is meriting
• Strong skills in relevant design tools
• Interest in AI tools and emerging ways of working within design is a plus
