Nordic Knots is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in trade sales and an exceptional ability to build relationships with professional interior designers and trade clients.
The role
As our Sales Manager for Designer Trade & Contract, you will play a pivotal role in growing Nordic Knots’ presence among professional interior designers and trade clients in Florida and surrounding regions. You will use your expertise and connections to elevate our Nordic Knots PRO platform and develop strategies to drive sales and loyalty. This role is perfect for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team while building deep, meaningful client relationships.
Your key responsibilities:
- Build & expand: Leverage your existing network of trade clients and designers to expand our presence in Florida and neighboring markets.
- Strategize & lead: Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and grow relationships with high-value trade customers.
- Collaborate & coach: Work closely with the sales customer service team to ensure seamless client experiences and mentor them to excel in their roles.
- Drive results: Set and exceed sales targets, reporting on performance while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Refine processes: Perfect our approach to serving trade clients in collaboration with our Sales Director, including onboarding, sales touchpoints, and loyalty-building activities.

- Successfully introduce new collections to trade clients, making each launch a major event.
