Gallery Manager
We usually respond within a month
We are looking for a Gallery Manager to join our Nordic Knots team in Stockholm. We are searching for someone with a sharp curatorial eye, deep knowledge of vintage and collectible furniture, and the ability to move seamlessly between creative vision and operational execution. You should have a strong sense of form, materiality and design history, alongside the commercial judgement and organisational capability required to build a distinctive and compelling vintage offering.
The Role
As Gallery Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Nordic Knots’ vintage furniture offering. This is a role that sits at the intersection of curation, sourcing, operations and presentation, with responsibility for building a cohesive assortment of vintage and collectible pieces that feels true to the Nordic Knots world.
You will lead the full process from sourcing and acquisition to restoration, inventory management, logistics and in-gallery presentation. The role requires someone who combines a refined aesthetic sensibility with strong practical capability, and who is equally comfortable negotiating with dealers, assessing condition, coordinating deliveries and styling pieces in a gallery setting.
Working closely with the Creative Director and relevant internal and external collaborators, you will help create a vintage offering that adds depth, character and cultural richness to the broader brand universe. You will ensure that every piece feels carefully considered, beautifully presented and aligned with the Nordic Knots point of view.
This role reports to the Creative Director.
