- Monitor customer orders and ensure picking, packing and shipping happens in the right time and with the right products. Follow up on deviations.
- Be the link between our Atlanta warehouse and our personnel in Stockholm, New York and Texas.
- Maintain a safe and organized space where rugs and textiles are handled with the care they deserve.
- Support continuous improvements in processes and performance. Highlights issues and suggests improvements regarding the daily operations.
- Ensure returns are handled swiftly and processed in our systems.
- Coordinate the work at our processing partners by creating work orders and monitoring their performance.
Who you are
- You have experience from supervising or coordinating work in a warehouse setting.
- Ideally, you’ve worked with rugs, furniture, or home textiles before—and understand how to handle them.
- You’re a clear communicator, fluent in English, and comfortable working with both local teams and international colleagues.
- You’re driven by action and problem-solving, and you don’t hesitate to step in where needed.
- You care about details but always keep the bigger picture in mind.
